I began practicing yoga while working as a farrier in Colorado with a yoga teacher client. I deepened my personal practice with teachers of several yoga traditions. I love sharing the ancient transformative art and science of yoga. There is 800 Square ft of space; whether you are teaching yoga or a step class our studio has space to accommodate. Our location in Park Hill location makes it easy to access from Cherry Creek or Stapleton! Water, wifi, and sanitizing wipes are available in the studio for each class.

BLACK LOVE MURAL FESTIVAL
Black Love Mural Festival, which last year helped promote the message of the BLM movement and provided paid opportunities to Black muralists, kicks off May 30 with a celebration of life for George Floyd and will run through August 2. The group will also host a live music event on June 20 to celebrate the completed murals. Born out of last summer’s social justice movement, BLMF took over Civic Center Park for a weekend last year, leaving behind a series of colorful monuments to Black identity
Midtown Parks, the 501(c)3 arm of Midtown Association, aims to increase health and community engagement by investing in Midtown's five parks: Fremont Park, Marshall Park, Sutter's Fort, Truitt Bark Park, Winn Park and Muir Park. Both Fresh Air: Fremont Park and Workouts at Winn are free series of health and wellness classes provided for Midtown residents and visitors, aimed at encouraging an active lifestyle and social interaction, which are critical to the health of our community.
